Kurt Genesis Morilla "Kurt" The Heart-throb Naturalist (Donsol, Sorsogon) As a boy who grew up in the idyllic mountains and coastal areas of Donsol, Kurt regards nature as his one and true home, thus igniting his awareness in the ecological problems and his heart-felt concern for the planet. Just as he is extremely a health conscious person, he is a nature conscious person as well who believes that our planet is getting more and more obese with pollution and overpopulation and becoming malnourished with natural and ecosystem balance. As a member in KPME, Kurt vows to make reforms and revolutions against the oppression of mother earth from the harmful elements of society. His current study on the biodiversity of freshwater snails in Juban is a start of his life-long commitment in serving planet earth. |
